Step 1: Notify a Teacher or Counselor

We believe most concerns can be resolved at the school/teacher level. You can find the Staff Directory here.

Please keep in mind that faculty are doing their best to provide services for many students. Please allow staff 24-48 hours to respond Monday-Friday during business hours 8am to 4pm.

Step 2: Contact the CEO

If you believe your concern is unresolved after Step 1, contact Abi O’Neal, CEO, here.

Step 3: Contact the Board Chair

If you feel that Steps 1 and 2 do not resolve your issue, please reach out to WNY Academy Board Chair Bobby Humes here.
